This book is the story of an amazing man. It shares Gavin's life growing up and living with Cerebal palsy. The majority of us have no idea about the issues that he lives with day to day, and this is an honest account. There are also thoughts on how society could be better at supporting people with disabilities - when they need it, and not just foisting it onto them whether they need help or not! He talks clearly about 'ableism'. This book is an educator for anyone who doesn't know how to approach people with disabilities. Definitely for those who think that just because someone doesn't have all of their physical attributes, or can't speak clearly they don't have full brain capacity. Never judge someone on how they look. Well done Gavin, on sharing your story and educating us all.

Extremely well-written autobiography by Gavin. I am in awe of all he has achieved, love his wit, his passion and determination to achieve his dreams. I have known Gavin and his family for many years but now understood better the challenges they overcame by reading Gavin's book. I bought the book after seeing Gavin on tik tok. I have never come in contact really with anyone with a disability and i wanted to learn and understand what life can be like from a less able bodied persons point if view. It certainly opened my eyes to some misconceptions I had. Thank you for the great book.
